Account and role data

Your sign-in and supplier access determine which vendor actions are available.

Requests, listings, documents, payouts, support messages, and pricing settings may be visible to approved vendor and HELM support teams.

Support submissions are retained with status, category, creator, and timestamp fields so teams can resolve issues and audit follow-up.
